How a roll-off job runs

What you'll actually do with it, in the order you'll do it. Every step below is covered by the plan.

  1. 01 Your containers are on the books Every box you own, its size, and where it is right now. This is what stops the same 20 yard being promised to two customers on the same Tuesday.
  2. 02 The job is a delivery and a pickup One rental, two movements, days apart — usually different drivers. Both dates live on the job, so both show up on the right day's board.
  3. 03 Today's board says which truck goes where Drops and collections for one date, sorted by address so a swap reads as one stop. It warns you when a drop has no container against it.
  4. 04 You drop it and the yard keeps up Marking a drop done moves that container onto the site; marking a collection done puts it back on the truck. Nobody maintains the register by hand.
  5. 05 The scale house ticket becomes money Loaded minus empty is what they threw away. Anything over the tonnage their price included bills itself, with the slip photographed as evidence. This is the step that quietly pays for the software.
  6. 06 The invoice goes out with the overage on it The rental, the extra tonnage and any trip fees on one document, emailed with a payment link.
  7. 07 Your drivers have their own logins Invite them, set what they can see, and the board is theirs on a phone in the cab.
